To
install A4Desk, take the following steps:
- If
you have downloaded the EXE file A4Desk.exe from www.a4desk.com,
simply double-click the file icon. This automatic
setup file will guide you through the remaining steps
for installing A4Desk. You may skip steps 2 and 3.

If you downloaded the ZIP file A4Desk.zip, then double-click
the file icon. If you have a file-compression utility
such as WinZip, WinRAR or PKZIP, the utility will
automatically launch. If you do not have a file-compression
utility, you should download a
free or trial version from the Web. Complete steps
2 and 3 to finish installation.
- Click
Extract To and select a location in which to
save the A4Desk files. We recommend that you extract
them to your Program Files folder.
- Click
OK in your file-compression utility to extract
all A4Desk files to the chosen location. The A4Desk
folder is created in that location, with the following
items inside:
- A4Desk.exe
file
- Templates
folder
- A4Desk.ini
file
