| Linking other flash products into A4Desk |
You can link the flash products to the A4Desk website using the link within the content text or as a link in the menu item.
Just take A4Desk Flash Photo Gallery Builder as an example, you can follow the steps below:
Prepare the Photo Gallery Project:
Create a project in A4Desk Flash Photo Gallery Builder first
and publish the project.
The published files should include :
- photogallery.htm
- a4gallery (folder)
Upload all the above resource files to the server (e.g the root folder).
e.g http://www.server.com/photogallery.htm
Link the A4Desk Flash Photo Gallery Builder into A4Desk
Option 1: Using a link within the content text:
1. Open the project in A4Desk software, in the content text area,
add a link using the link function and fill in the link http://www.server.com/photogallery.htm
2. Upload the A4Desk website to the server, when user click to the link, it will display the photogallery.
Option 2: Using menu item
1. Open the project in A4Desk, double click the menu item (refer to 2a) then a "Page Name Edit"pop up dialog box will be displayed(refer to 2b), then type <a href="http://www.server.com/photogallery.html"> before the menu item name and </a> after the menu item name (refer to 2c).

2c)Type <a href="http://www.server.com/photogallery.html"> before the menu item name and </a> after the menu item name.

3. Upload the A4Desk website to the server, when user click on the menu item, it will display the photogallery.
For other flash products, they can also be linked to the A4Desk website using the above steps.
